Mindy Marcks ('95) is a global HR leader with over 20 years of experience working for companies like Amplify Snack Brands (better known as SkinnyPop!), The Hershey Company, Samsung Electronics America and IBM.

Mindy specializes in strategic planning and business transformation with a focus on people and culture.

Currently, Mindy is spending time on non-profit board and volunteer work with Austin Pets Alive!, a no kill animal shelter, and Art From The Streets, an art studio for Austin’s unhoused population.

Mindy lives in Austin, TX and is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison and Louisiana State University.
