Learn more about LSMSA at a meeting near you.

Each fall, representatives from LSMSA travel throughout the state to visit with interested students and their families, answer their questions, and present what LSMSA has to offer. When available, parents of currently enrolled students and alumni living in the area are available to answer your questions from their first-hand experiences.

Info meetings have concluded for the 2025-26 school year. Details about Fall 2026 meetings will be announced in early fall.

Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts (LSMSA) is the preeminent state-supported residential high school with competitive admissions for Louisiana's high-achieving, highly-motivated sophomores, juniors, and seniors. As a public school, there is no tuition to attend, and assistance from the LSMSA Foundation ensures the program is available to all qualifying students regardless of family financial need.
