  Official Transcripts
  
  Official transcripts are sent directly from LSMSA to the recipient and are typically required for:
  

  • • College applications
    • Scholarships
    • Internships
    • Other official purposes

  
  How you request your transcript depends on where it is being sent and its purpose:
  
  Is the transcript for your application to a college or university after graduating from LSMSA?
  
  

  • • Yes. Request your transcript through Naviance or contact your College Counselor.
    • No. Request your transcript through Parchment using the Order Records button.  There is no fee for current students.

  
  Unofficial Transcripts
  
  Current students may download unofficial transcripts through myLSMSA.
  
  Please note:
  

  • • Unofficial transcripts are not signed.
    • Unofficial transcripts do not include the school seal.
    • Not all organizations accept unofficial transcripts.
    • If you have questions, please contact the Registrar's Office or your College Counselor.

• Graduates & Former Students

  
  Official Transcripts
  
  LSMSA partners with Parchment to process transcript requests for graduates and former students.
  
  Through Parchment, you may request:
  

  • • Electronic official transcripts
    • Mailed paper official transcripts

  All orders must be paid by credit or debit card at the time of purchase.
  
  

  Use the Order Records button to place your order.
  
  Processing Time
  Please allow at least 3–5 business days for processing. Additional delays may occur during holidays, registration periods, final grade processing, or unexpected system outages.
  
  Unofficial Transcripts
  
  LSMSA does not provide unofficial transcripts for graduates or former students.

• Replacement Diplomas

  
  Replacement Diplomas
  
  Replacement diplomas are issued through the Registrar's Office.
  
  Fee: $15 per diploma
  
  Payment may be made online or by check.
  
  Important Information
  

  • • A signed Request for Replacement Diploma form is required.
    • Electronic signatures cannot be accepted.
    • Replacement diplomas are mailed to the address provided on the request form.
    • Digital copies of diplomas are not available.
      

  Processing Time
  

  Please allow at least 3–5 business days for processing. Additional delays may occur during holidays, registration periods, final grade processing, or unexpected system outages.

• Education Verification

  
  LSMSA has designated Parchment as its official provider for education and graduation verifications.
  
  Employers, agencies, and other third parties may submit verification requests through the Order Records button.
  
  Parents who need verification of their student's enrollment for insurance, social security, or other purposes, should contact the registrar at registrar@lsmsa.edu.

• K-12 School Record Requests

  
  Has a student transferred from LSMSA to your school or district?
  
  Please complete the Transfer Enrollment Verification Form and email it to registrar@lsmsa.edu. Upon verification, the Registrar's Office will provide the appropriate records.
