Alumni Donation is Much Appreciated by LSMSA Students

Chris Perdue ('95) and Stephanie Perdue ('96) recently visited the LSMSA campus during the 40th anniversary celebration and stopped to watch students playing pool in the LLC Game Room. "We noticed that the pool table needed some love," said Stephanie.

The Perdues, who are parents to Jaime ('23) and Patrick ('26) immediately contacted the LSMSA Foundation to see if they could donate the funds needed to purchase a new pool table for the LLC. The Foundation contacted Special Assistant to the Executive Director Dr. Bill Ebarb to see if this was something that would be acceptable to the school. Dr. Ebarb reached out to LLC leaders and confirmed that they thought the gift would be a perfect addition to the game room. Within a few weeks, Dr. Ebarb was overseeing its installation, and students are now lining up to try it out.

“Stephanie and I always enjoyed playing pool when we were students at Louisiana school. We played together more than once. We hope the students enjoy their new pool table.” Said Chris. We are so thankful for generous donors like the Perdues for making LSMSA the best school in Louisiana.
