Academically minded students in Slidell area invited to learn more about state-funded residential high school

LSMSA) invites high-achieving, highly motivated students in the Slidell area to learn more about the school at an informational night meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 29 at the Wingate by Wyndham hotel on 1752 Gause Blvd. East.

Rising high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors are eligible for admittance at the tuition-free school, and all students and families are welcome to visit with representatives from LSMSA to learn more and have questions answered. When available, parents of currently enrolled students and alumni living in the areas may also answer questions from first-hand experience. LSMSA is a public high school with a nominal room and board fee to cover housing, meals, and campus activities. The LSMSA Foundation offers assistance for families in need. For more information about the Louisiana School or to apply for the 2023-24 school year, visit www.LSMSA.edu.
