Two alumni create Got Mask? community project

Sending CDC recommended masks for all Louisianans.
Keeping Louisiana safe, Varun Amin ('17) and Kabir Shah ('17) have created the "Got Mask?" community project to ensure that ordinary Louisianans have access to free CDC recommended face masks. The Got Mask? project allows individuals to request a free face mask if they otherwise can not make or buy one. They are currently working out of Lake Charles but ship throughout the state to those in need.

Due to such high demand for masks, Varun and Kabir have had to seek out volunteers who can help sew face masks, package deliveries and process orders. They have secured the necessary donations and materials so that mask-making materials can be provided to the volunteers if needed.
