G. Brian Smith

G. Brian Smith, Jr. is the Market President for B1 Bank in Ruston, Louisiana. Brian's banking career has spanned twenty years as a commercial lender.

He previously worked for Origin Bank and served as the Senior Vice President and Market President of Ruston for Louisiana National Bank.

Brian has served on the board of directors for DART of Northeast Louisiana for the past five years. He has also served on the board of the Ruston Civic Symphony Society and the original board of the Ruston Farmers Market.

Brian graduated from the University of Georgia, Athens, with a BBA in Finance. He is married to LSMSA alum Maryanne Davis Smith ('96). They have two children, George and Josephine.
