Sebastian Weinell ('14)

Sebastian Weinell (He, Him, His) is a transgender man and a social worker.
He works on an inpatient behavioral health unit in Shreveport. He has worked as a substance abuse counselor and has completed an internship at Duke University Medical Center, treating people with co-occurring behavioral health concerns and HIV/AIDS. Sebastian serves as Board Secretary for the Philadelphia Center and is active in local and statewide advocacy groups. Sebastian is most passionate about LGBTQ+ rights, HIV/AIDS education, and promoting health equity. He enjoys gardening and spending time with his partner, Raymond.
