Dr. Micah Bruce-Davis
President, Assoc. for Gifted/Talented Students of LA
Dr. Bruce-Davis holds the position of Assoc. Professor in the Dept. of Curriculum and Instruction at UL-Lafayette and is the Director for Children’s Programs at UL-Lafayette’s Center for Gifted Education. Dr. Bruce-Davis received her Doctorate in Educational Psychology with a focus on Gifted Education and Talent Develop. from the Univ. of Connecticut in 2013.

Louisiana School for Math, Science and the Arts
Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts (LSMSA) is the preeminent state-supported residential high school with competitive admissions for Louisiana's high-achieving, highly-motivated sophomores, juniors, and seniors. As a public school, there is no tuition to attend, and assistance from the LSMSA Foundation ensures the program is available to all qualifying students regardless of family financial need.
