Measuring the Energy Contnt of Different Food Wastes for Potentional Use in Industry
Food waste is a growing problem in industrialized countries. Converting these wastes into energy could be the solution. This project uses bomb calorimetry to measure the energy content of different food wastes in order to find which would be the most viable as a fuel source.
