Cindy Pugh

Cindy Pugh ('89) has 28 years of experience as a tax attorney. She has ERISA experience in the private sector with Breazeale, Sachse & Wilson and managed the state and local taxes of Albemarle Corporation’s United States operations.

She also has public sector experience working for the Louisiana Department of Revenue where she has led the Audit Intelligence Team using data analytics to encourage self-compliance, worked with policy addressing and drafting proposed legislation and implementing the Acts of legislative sessions, as well as managing all forms utilized by the Department.

Cindy lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with her husband, and is a graduate of Millsaps College, Louisiana State University Law School, and Boston University School of Law. Their son, William, graduated from LSMSA in 2021.
