A word from the Eagles' nest - September 2023

As we celebrate the last 40 years, we have a lot of future plans to be proud of, too. In August, Senator Bill Cassidy to discuss a $15 million LSMSA/NSU Innovation Center! We are thrilled to have such strong local, regional, and national support for this much-needed addition to the Louisiana School and to Natchitoches.

The school’s 40th anniversary events will be here before we know it! LSMSA wouldn’t be what it is without you, so we truly hope you’ll be able to join us for this special Friday afternoon program here at the school with a panel of alumni, faculty, staff, and parents from throughout the decades; ticketed cocktails and dinner downtown Friday evening; and a community-wide picnic at the school for lunch Saturday. The Natchitoches Classic Car Show in town that weekend, too! You won’t want to miss this celebration – please make sure to RSVP BY THE END OF TODAY so we can plan accordingly.

Applications for the 2024-25 school year have already opened! Please let any high-achieving, highly motivated high school freshmen, sophomores, and juniors know about LSMSA. You can refer them here, too. Our Enrollment Services team has a calendar full of opportunities for families to learn more about the school – please help us spread the word about LSMSA Exploration Days and Informational Meetings throughout the state.
