LSMSA invites potential students and families to Exploration Day events
LSMSA) will host two Exploration Day events for interested high-achieving, academically motivated high school students and their families on Monday, Sept. 18 and Friday, Nov. 10.
LSMSA, ranked one of the World’s Best Boarding Schools by Fortune magazine, is a tuition-free, public high school for high-achieving rising sophomores, juniors, and seniors with a nominal room and board fee to cover housing, meals, and campus activities. The LSMSA Foundation offers assistance for families in need to ensure no eligible student is denied the school’s 40-year legacy of a premium college-level living/learning experience.
“Exploration Day is an excellent opportunity to get a first-hand look at what LSMSA is all about,” said Emily Shumate, LSMSA Director of Enrollment Management & Institutional Research. “Students and their families get to see the campus and talk with the Office of Enrollment Services to learn more about why LSMSA could be a good fit for them.”
