To kick off Black History Month, we are recognizing the lifelong learning mentality of Natchitoches’ own Clementine Hunter, an astounding artist with an amazing story.

Stay tuned each week as we highlight notable Black history makers, including our own Black Student Union, who have asked LSMSA students, faculty, and staff to wear black today to recognize the start of this significant month.
