Ali Landry Named Executive Director of Foundation

The Foundation is thrilled to announce that Baton Rouge native Ali Landry, CFRE has joined the LSMSA family as our new Executive Director.
As a high-performing fundraising executive with more than a decade of experience in higher education and nonprofit philanthropy, Ali brings a wealth of knowledge that will be invaluable to the LSMSA Foundation.

In her most recent role with the LSU Foundation, Ali led a multi-unit fundraising team throughout the planning and public launch of LSU’s $1.5 billion capital campaign, the largest and most far-reaching advancement campaign ever initiated for higher education in the history of Louisiana.

“I believe in the power of philanthropy and the transformative impact it can have on our students and faculty,” said Landry. “I am proud to be joining a team with such strong leadership and look forward to working with LSMSA alumni, parents, and valued community stakeholders to advance the Foundation’s mission and impact.”

“Ali brings with her years of experience in fundraising and foundation development,” said Mary Ellen Slayter (‘95), President of the LSMSA Foundation Board of Trustees. “She comes bearing new ideas and a fresh perspective to the LSMSA Foundation and will help grow the Foundation in innovative ways.”
