Theater production set to run April 19-22

Seven actors to tackle all 37 of Shakespeare's plays
Actors from the theatre rep at LSMSA will present four performances of “The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (abridged)” April 19-22 in the Black Box located in the Center for Performance and Technology.

Performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. Thursday, April 19, through Saturday, April 21, and 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 22.

General admission tickets are $7 and may be reserved at Eventbrite.com. This event is free for LSMSA and Northwestern State University students.

Seven actors will attempt to perform all 37 of the Bard’s plays in less than two hours. Fast-paced, witty and physical, this show is full of laughter for Shakespeare lovers and haters alike.

Cast members include Caroline Adkins, a junior from Shreveport; Cydnie Adnrepont, a junior from Crowley; Anne-Marie Higginbotham, a junior from Lafayette; Sofia Lavidalie, a sophomore from Gonzales; Lauren Mathews, a sophomore from Natchitoches; Kaitlyn Randall, a senior from Vidalia; and Avaion Ruth, a junior from Brusly.

Crew members include Lauren Bartels, a senior from Natchitoches; Gabbi Blanchard, a senior from Houma; Caleb Coleman, a sophomore from Geismar; Emily Ann Dart, a senior from Bossier City; Donovan Dowden, a junior from Shreveport; Autumn Downen, a senior from Choudrant; Edouard Ferrell, a senior from Natchitoches; Caitlin Foster, a senior from LaPlace; Kayla Kay, a junior from Lake Charles; Ruby Kharod, a senior from Opelousas; Caroline Koonce, a junior from Baton Rouge; Victoria Miller, a junior from Shongaloo; Ryleigh Scott, a junior from Shreveport; Esther Seo, a junior from Bossier City; Sydney Sorbet, a sophomore from Covington; and Casey Tonnies, a junior from Bossier City.
