Twenty-two attend Louisiana Thespian Festival

Festival includes classes, workshops, performances
More than 20 students from LSMSA participated with other junior high and high school students from across the state at the Louisiana Thespian Festival held Jan. 26-27 on the campus of Northwestern State University. The festival included classes, workshops and performances, auditions for college scholarships and network opportunities with students and directors from across the state. It is presented by the Louisiana Thespians Society, an active member of the Educational Theatre Association and the International Thespian Society. The Louisiana Thespian Society exists as a non-profit theater service organization for junior high and high school theater programs. Membership includes junior and high school students, theater teachers and art advocates. LSMSA students who participated include Caroline Adkins, a junior from Shreveport; Cydnie Andrepont, a junior from Crowley; Michael Bass, a senior from Bossier City; Madi Bolin, a junior from Slidell; Marie Daigle, a junior from Iowa; Caitlin Foster, a senior from LaPlace; Anne-Marie Higginbotham, a junior from Lafayette; Camren Hohn, a junior from Iowa; Ruby Kharod, a senior from Opelousas; Caroline Koonce, a junior from Baton Rouge; Lauren Mathews, a sophomore from Natchitoches; Victoria Miller, a junior from Shongaloo; Emma Miller, a senior Meraux; Hannah Miller, a senior from Baton Rouge; Emma Millisor, a senior from Anacoco; Caitlyn Morrison, a senior from Leesville; Kaitlynn Randall, a senior from Vidalia; Sofia Rivera, a senior from Covington; Charlie Roppolo, a senior from Denham Springs; Sydney Sorbet, a sophomore from Covington; Casey Tonnies, a junior from Bossier City; and Samantha Wright, a senior from Crowley.
