Alumni Sites

Looking to reconnect with your friends? Need help getting established in a new town? Want to recapture a little of that old LSMSA spirit? Just plain bored? We've got you covered.

The LSMSA Alumni Association's Networking Committee is working on a whole host of ways you can keep the LSMSA community going no matter where you are or what you're doing.

Before you get started... a few notes:
  1. Everything you see below is for former students, faculty, and staff ONLY.
  2. Everything here is run by alumni for alumni.
  3. The Alumni Association supports all of these groups - but we don't control them. Each group is moderated by volunteers who are passionate about building community among LSMSA alumni.

LSMSA Life School

LSMSA doesn't just sharpen minds, it creates relationships. LSMSA Life School is a Facebook-based social network that extends those relationships beyond your graduating class and connects you with alumni from the school's full 30+ year history. It serves as a respectful and constructive gathering place that crosses all classes and interests. Any questions or comments go to Life School's founder, John Voorhees (Class of 1986)

LSMSA Regional Alumni Chapters

Regional chapters provide alumni with a chance to mix and mingle with other LSMSA folks in their area. Get together for a happy hour, attend one of South Louisiana's famous festivals, or plan a family fun day in the park... regional chapters are a great way to build a network and to welcome new alumni to your area. Check out the list below to see if there's a chapter near you, then click to the join the Facebook group, and you'll be one of the first to know when something is happening in your area.

If you would like to get involved in helping to organize these local groups contact JC Wells ('89) or Angela Robinson ('93)
