Dr. Susannah Craig

Designee, Commissioner of Higher Education

Dr. Susannah Craig is the Deputy Commissioner for Strategic Planning & Student Success.

The Strategic Planning & Student Success Division is responsible for coordinating and updating the Board of Regents’ Master Plan, including the development of policy, resources, and initiatives to support Master Plan goals.

Dr. Craig, a Natchitoches native, received her bachelors in Elementary Education, and master’s and Ph.D. in Science Education, all from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where she and her husband currently reside; they also have two grown sons.
