Lenny Richoux, Secretary

Lenny Richoux (’85) is the Vice President, Business Development & Strategy for Mobility, Surveillance and Bombers at the Boeing Corporation. 
Prior to joining Boeing, Lenny oversaw MTSI’s defense systems engineering customer pursuit portfolio. He also flew air refueling KC-707 tankers for Omega Air Refueling and provided business advice to their leadership.

Lenny retired from a 32-year active-duty Air Force career in July 2022, as a Major General. His last assignment was as the Joint Staff Director of Manpower and Personnel. He is a command pilot, logging more than 3,200 flying hours primarily in C-17A and KC-135R.

He holds a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering degree from Georgia Tech and masters degrees from George Washington and Air University.
