Jason El Koubi recently accepted an exciting new role at Louisiana Economic Development as the Director of State Economic Competitiveness.  In this position he will lead the newly-established State Economic Competitiveness Group, a four-person team within LED that will develop and initiate implementation of strategic plans for improving Louisiana’s competitiveness in economic policies and processes, fostering growth in high-impact industries, and delivering projects and investments that greatly improve Louisiana’s competitiveness.
