INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Open Until Filled)
The Information Technology Support Specialist is responsible to provide day-to-day support of the local area network by identifying, analyzing, testing and correcting program, machine, data, or procedural problems. Some of the other duties required are to perform tasks of increasing complexity in the setup, installation, maintenance, and the administration of software/hardware for faculty/staff, student lab, and network systems. STUDENT LIFE ADVISOR (Start Date August 1, 2016)
The primary duty of the Student Life Advisor (SLA) is to create and maintain a positive living/learning environment for the students in their care. Each SLA works independently with his/her group of students (approximately 30-40 students) and collectively with the other staff to ensure that student care, development, and safety needs are met.
In addition to programming responsibilities, SLAs who enjoy being involved in many aspects of campus life can elect to sponsor clubs and student organizations or to serve on various campus networks. SLAs can also plan or chaperone social or educational off-campus trips. More Information.
