Clubs & Organizations

LSMSA has over 50 active student organizations. Our student organizations perform community service, attend conferences and conventions, sponsor activities on campus, and participate in fundraising. A listing of currently active student organizations is available below.

Starting a New Club
Creating a new student organization can be a challenging and rewarding experience. Together with the various student affairs departments, student clubs enhance the quality of life for our entire LSMSA community.

Any student who wants to start a new club (or revive an old one) can do so. Both your club's proposed sponsor and the student affairs office will help you in this process which includes writing a constitution, recruiting members, and completing the new student organization registration form.  Once all information is submitted, the Interclub Council (ICC), a group of students who serve as current club presidents or editors of school publications will review your group's application.
