Student workers help with mail-outs in the Admissions Office.  Their contribution to the recruiting effort is critically important, and as you can see from the picture, fun! 


All students at LSMSA are required to give three hours per week of "Work Service."  Usually for your first year, this will be an assignment helping in the cafeteria or assisting one of the custodians.  All assignments are one year only.  As teachers or administrators get to know you, you can ultimately be assigned to assist faculty in their work or research or in other areas of the school's operations.  Work Service is a graduation requirement and each semester you will receive a grade of "S" or "U" (satisfactory or unsatisfactory) from your Work Service supervisor. 

Of course, we only take the best Work Service students in the Admissions Office, so if you think you would like to help us, make sure we get to know you!
