Blueprints show the first floor of the renovated Old Trade School, providing large studios with natural light for both two- and three-dimensional art.  Ceramics work can be finished with both an electric kiln and raku process.  The graphic arts classroom also includes a traditional dark room.

The second floor will provide four music studios, eight practice rooms, a choral/instrumental rehearsal room, a classroom, a keyboard lab, and areas for instrument storage.
